Airports near Milan

The map shows the location of the airports near Milan : Linate (LIN); go to SEA official site Malpensa (MXP); go to SEA official site Orio al Serio(BGY); go to SACBO official site Up to date information on airport connection can be found on the above sites, however please note that Linate is connected to the urban bus networks as well as by direct coaches; Orio al Serio only by coaches (to Centrale or Lambrate stations); Malpensa by cheaper coaches and faster trains.

From Linate more expensive coaches go directly to Central Station, while an urban ticket can take you to the institute taking bus 73 and changing to trolleybus 93 (or bus 73 + bus 45 for the brave) (see e.g. here).
From Malpensa, since not all trains go to the same station in Milan, it is advised to catch the first train anyhow: for trains going to Cadorna stay onboard until the terminus and continue by underground; for trains to Centrale it is quicker to alight at Porta Garibaldi and continue by underground too.
